this contract. This Private Sector Program (PSP) focuses on increasing
sustainable provision and use of quality reproductive health and voluntary
family planning (RH/FP) and other key health products and services
through the private, and particularly commercial, sector. While this
procurement will serve as the flagship for RH/FP in the private sector,
many other health products and services may be promoted and/or provided

DPK Consulting led a consortium to successfully bid this contract.
This IQC will provide technical assistance in the area of international
anticorruption. By supporting efforts by host government institutions,
civil society organizations (including media, youth, labor union and
faith-based organizations) and the private sector, this IQC seeks
to promote greater transparency, accountability and broader participation
in the development process. Governmental integrity support activities
under this contract are expected to encompass the following functional
areas: 1) public financial, administrative, regulatory and personnel
controls that promote transparency and accountability; 2) civil society
participation in advocating for governmental integrity; and 3) promoting
synergies between anti-corruption promotion and other sectoral/sub-sectoral
areas, e.g. promoting greater transparency in other sectors, such
as health and education, or in other areas of democracy promotion,
such as rule of law or decentralization. Under this contract, Sibley
will provide audit, accounting, and other services to ensure financial
transparency.

development services in all areas of the developing world.
The Microfinance Component will focus on assisting in the delivery
of financial services (including savings and credit) to low-income,
underserved populations, and facilitating the development of local
organizations serving the microenterprise community.
